Make copies for a few cents per piece and you have some inexpensive real estate marketing and advertising. It is that simple! Then place these copies on every bulletin board in your town or region you would like to target. Protect them by placing some of them in those plastic sheet shielders so the rain won't damage them and put them out of service. While not as notable as the bandit signs, putting them in specific places still can attract some phone calls.

Always remember to carry some with you in your car to put them up wherever to stop at a grocery store, major shops, or even malls and everywhere you might find necessary. Here is a list of some other places to place them:


— Cars laundromats
— Gas and Diesel stations,
— Inside of public telephone kiosks.
— On the counter of any business organization that will let you place them.
— Public Local Governmental Offices Bulletin board, after asking permission to do so of course.
— Bulletin boards at any local or major money transfer agents (lots of traffic)
— Grocery stores bulletin boards
— Employment centers and Health care centers Bulletin boards.

These are just a few suggestions and examples; Any place that will allow you to place one or more of your flyers is always a good try. However, don’t misuse them and dispense them moderately.


6- Imprinted and/or Promotional Items, Gadgets

These customized items made under request are some of my favorites and the most exciting because they label your commercial brand on them. Although they are not the top generators of leads or the less costly ones, they will surely push your sales away from the standard investor.

Here are some of the most popular items used:

• SWISS KNIVES. They are in fact key chains imprinted with your commercial slogan. (See suggestion earlier) These elegant tiny knives can be worn without awareness of being outdated or inappropriate. Be sure that if you gift somebody one of these they will stick to it and if they consider selling in the future, they will think of you. They cost about 1.75 US $ each, depending on the options that you can get.

• KEY CHAINS. They can be in the shape of a house or else and offered to all your buyers with the keys of their new home attached to them; This is a great idea indeed, especially if they only cost about $ 0. 25 cents per piece or less, and have your message engraved on them too.

• PENS. These are the most practical and functional tools at any time of the day. Whenever you have to sign a sales receipt or other documents, accidentally leave your pen on the table. It is unbelievable how many calls can convert to leads you can get off of these gadgets. Always hold a spare piece with you to gift away. COIN HOLDERS, ORGANIZERS, AGENDAS, SMALL NOTEBOOKS with or without sun-powering CALCULATORS, MUGS, and COOLERS, FABRIC BAGS, STRESS BALLS, etc... and hundreds of other interesting ideas to attract and engage people in your business.

Set out all or some of these promotional items everywhere, unless it is not allowed to do so. There are much of places where you can show your collection; Such as on top of gas pumps, over displays in grocery stores, malls, or else. (Refer to the previous section #5 for a complete list of places to put your advertising items)

As I already said, they are somehow inexpensive; For example, for about $50.00 you can have an offer of 2000 good quality cards.

Leave them everywhere you possibly can, such as on the streets; on phones cabinets in your area, on restaurant tables, etc... Try to spend around 70 to 80 a week out. However, the card doesn't have to be luxurious or fancy, just the simpler the better.

The perfect sample is a bright yellow for the background with blue or black bold letters with the following wording:
