Guest Post Policy: Write for 101 Architech Projects and Blogs

Welcome! We are always looking for fresh perspectives from architects, designers, urban planners, and students. Whether you want to share a project case study, a technical tutorial, or an opinion piece on the future of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry, we’d love to hear from you.

1. Topics We Love

To maintain the value of our blog for our readers, we focus on the following niches:

  • Project Spotlights: Deep dives into specific architectural projects (residential, commercial, or public).
  • Sustainability & Green Building: LEED, passive house design, and eco-friendly materials.
  • Technology in Architecture: BIM (Revit, ArchiCAD), 3D printing, AI in design, and VR/AR.
  • Career & Education: Tips for architecture students, portfolio building, and professional practice.
  • Urbanism & Landscape: City planning, public spaces, and landscape architecture.
  • Interior Architecture: Spatial design, lighting, and material innovation.

2. Submission Guidelines

To ensure your post is accepted, please follow these requirements:

  • Originality: We only accept 100% original content. Your post must not have been published elsewhere (including your own blog).
  • Word Count: Articles should be between 800 and 2,000 words. We value depth over "fluff."
  • Tone: Professional, informative, and engaging. Think of it as a conversation between experts or a mentor-to-student guide.
  • Formatting: Use clear headings (H2, H3), bullet points, and short paragraphs to make the content readable.
  • Accuracy: Please fact-check your work. Cite reputable sources or technical data where applicable.

3. Visuals & Media

Architecture is a visual medium. We require:

  • Images: At least 3 high-resolution images (1200px wide minimum).
  • Rights: You must own the rights to the images or provide proof of royalty-free status (e.g., Unsplash, Pexels, or Creative Commons).
  • Credits: Always include photographer credits or project attributions.

4. Links & Author Bio

  • Author Bio: Include a short bio (50-100 words) with a headshot.
  • Backlinks: You may include one link to your personal website or social media profile in the bio.
  • In-text Links: We allow 1-2 links to high-quality, relevant resources. We do not allow affiliate links or links to "spammy" sites. We reserve the right to mark links as "nofollow" or "sponsored" per Google guidelines.

5. The Review Process

  1. Pitch First: Please send an email to info@101architechprojectsandblogs.com with the subject line: Guest Post Pitch: [Your Proposed Title].
  2. Outline: Include a 3-sentence summary of what the article will cover and why it’s a fit for our audience.
  3. Drafting: If your pitch is approved, we will ask for a Google Doc link or a Word file.
  4. Editing: We reserve the right to edit the post for grammar, clarity, and SEO optimization. If significant changes are needed, we will consult you.

6. Legal & Ownership

By submitting a guest post to 101 Architech Projects and Blogs, you agree that:

  • You are the sole author and owner of the content.
  • The content will remain exclusive to our site (you may not republish it elsewhere, though you are encouraged to share the link).
  • We reserve the right to remove the post at any time if it is found to violate our standards or become outdated.
